do i have a virus? my files are intact. flashing on screen: error:location not available....

My computer boots up to screen saver and I enter my password, then it goes to a black screen flashing this error message: Location unavailable.. C:/windows/system32config/systemprofile/desktopunavailable. I got around it to find my files are still intact. Last thing I installed was free virus malware maybe that was it or did my computer not finish updates it was taking forever. thanks and my apologies for spelling errors

    :)

Error: No work available to process

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

Can not find script file error

    Hello,

This could be due to a missing script file or that an application is causing the error. As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest that you locate or navigate to the location listed in the error and see if the file it is looking for is there. If you are
unable to locate the file, an application is causing this error to pop-up. If that is the case, we suggest that you boot your PC in Safe Mode and see if the error still pops up. You may follow the steps on this
link on how to start your PC in Safe Mode.

If the problem does not exist in Safe Mode, we would know that an application is causing the error. However, if the problem is presented while in Safe Mode, the problem may be caused by Windows itself.

We look forward to an update from you.

    Hi Dennis,

To find the location of Windows wallpaper images, we suggest following these steps:
