Windows 10: Do I have a Virus?

Today, I tried to restart my computer. When I did there was "Grand Prix Hidden Window" that was still running. I don't know what it is and I tried searching for it. I am currently doing a full scan using windows defender. If anyone know what this is please reach out to me. And if it is a virus, is there a way to get rid of it.
