Windows 10: Do I need to Install Feature Update Windows 10 20H2?

There is a Feature Update that has been sitting in Optional Updates for a couple months.

Feature Update for Windows 10 20H2. Usually if it is an Update I really need it eventually ends up above and is downloaded automatically, which I prefer. I do not click to install Updates unless I get the notification that Updates are ready to Install after automatically downloaded. Today I got my monthly updates and only had to click Restart. That is the only way I go.


So just checking to see why this Optional one is still sitting there and whether I really need it and if it will eventually automatically install if I do really need it. Suggestions are welcome.

Feature update windows 10 20h2 recently installed and I am not an insider

No, Every thing seems normal. In fact I did not even know this was installed until I went into Settings to check on the firewall settings. I looked at the installed list to see if anything installed would give me a minor firewall error. That is when I
noticed Feature Update Windows 10 20h2 was installed. After I fixed the browser firewall error everything has been great.

Update History is not showing v.20H2

This is normal behavior in Windows 10, typically when you install a Feature Update like 20h2, the update history is wiped, this is to prevent the user from trying to uninstall an update that was prior to the Feature Update, which would de-stabilize Windows
10, the list should start building again, when some updates are applied to version 20h2 . . .
