    Do not have permission to open/change files

    Hello Everyone;

    I am using Windows 10 Home and recently I have faced a problem.

    When I try to make a change a file or folder I have received a message that says " You do not have permission to open this file. see the Owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission."

    But I am owner of this file , basically I am owner of this Computer.

    When I am creating a new file or folder and I am going to save my work , it does not let me to choose saving path either.

    How can I fix this issue ?

    Please let me know if you can help me as soon as possible.

    :)
