    Do Windows 10 ever go on sale?


    I need to activate my Windows 10 the "official" way, but the prices are pretty prohibitive. As an UWP developer I'm starting to need W10 Pro in some situations and I wouldn't like to be catch running an "unofficially" activated version (I don't, I just didn't activate it and work with the watermark). So, does it ever go on sale? Are there cheaper ways to officially activate it other than straight from Microsoft and that doesn't involve 1$ eBay OEM keys?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
