Windows 10: Documents have been overwritten when copy from Android phone to laptop

Hello, my documents have been overwritten. Windows told me that it would ask me if the files would have the same names. In fact, he didn't ask. Is there any way to save about 100 overwritten documents?I copied the directory containing the documents from Android to the notebook.PS: I used default Windows file manager.Thank you for your help!OS Built: 19042.1052PSS: If you don't understand exactly what happened, I can create a video to simulate this situation.

How do you copy documents onto the phone. I do not see an option in the Zune software for syncing documents

How to Sync Office Documents on WP7 - there is a section discussing how to do it if you do not have access to Sharepoint. Or read below the copy and paste of the steps.

Here are some ways that you get Microsoft Office documents onto your phone:

  Attach an Office document to an email message and send it to yourself. You can thendownload the attached Office document

  From your PC, upload the Office document to Windows Live SkyDrive, and then from your phone, download it using the web browser. You can then open the document in the appropriate Office Mobile application.

Microsoft Office documents can't be synced directly from your computer to your phone using a USB connection.

Copying files to Android Tablet (or phone)

Hmmm... that's interesting. What happens (other than more time) when you let the files be overwritten?

BTW I copy files to and from my Android device (Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Note 20) to my PC without issue. Never intentionally interrupt the process though and start again. And I simply go through Windows Explorer.
