Windows 10: Documents won't change from Read Only

I did a fresh installation of Windows 10 a week ago. Didn't back up anything either so everything is fresh.



But I'm having an issue. I'm trying to uncheck Read-Only for files in Documents. It seemingly accepts, but checking the files shows that they are still set to Read-Only.



I have tried to use the command prompt as administrator



attrib -r +s "C:\Users\Bryan\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn" /S /D

And the Powershell command as administrator



Get-ChildItem 'C:\Users\Bryan\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\' -recurse -File | Set-ItemProperty -Name IsReadOnly -Value $False



Given to me by someone else trying to help me with this issue, but neither took. Reading online suggest it's some sort of permission issue. Trying to follow said guides starts changing permissions for a bunch of folders, but when it gets to a couple, it gives me this error message.



failed to enumerate objects in the container



Among the folders that got this error message includes Documents.



I have successfully removed Documents from Onedrive sync.



Further online research leads me to the same things I have already tried.

my n97 won t charge or connect
