    DocuSign in MS app Store


    Hi there,


    Good day. I had installed Docusign from ms app store and use the signature feature to sign a document which is auto converted to PDF. However when sent this PDF to my customer to sign he was unable to sign using adobe fill & sign due to 'signature validity is unknown'. How do i fix this?

    Hi All,

    I ended up reinstalling my laptop which did put the DocuSign App back on in Windows 8 setup.

    DocuSign also is in the Windows 8.1 set up but not in Windows 10.

    You are right. Don't uninstall any app that is not on the new Windows 10 as you can not reinstall the app even if you own it.

    On Windows 10 in updates it won't install the DocuSign update but I am just ignoring it.

    I tried a clean boot, wsreset, msconfig and nothing seems to work. The error says the windows store can't find DocuSign. It works for everything except reinstalling this and there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the DocuSign in my library on Windows 10.

    I have gone to the DocuSign site and it keeps sending me back to Windows Store.

    I may reinstall my pc and start over.
