As said the Real Culprit is the Sound Scheme So to solve the issue we will be Changing few things in Sound Settings.

Step 1: Click On Start and Search for "Sound", Click on the Result that shows Sound Control Panel.

Step 2: Next, Sound window will pop up, Click on "Sound" tab and Change Sound Scheme to Windows Default Just like shown in Below Picture, Click OK.

Step 3: Now Check if you are still getting Error 1073741819 or not. Most of the time it Should be solved.

Alternate Method to fix Error (-1073741819)

You can also Right Click on Desktop, Click on Personalize.

Next on Personalization Settings, Click On Themes.

Then Click on Theme Settings.

Choose Windows 10 Theme.

 

Anyone know how to make fonts?

Exactly what the title suggests.

Do I need a certain program or just to edit an existing font? And if so how do I do that?

There is a certain style of writing I want to make a font of, but I don't know how to.
