Windows 10: Does anyone know how to solve a problem with hearing the audio through headphones that are...

I need help from all of you very knowledgeable people who I’m sure this is a simple question. I have a problem with my Hewlett-Packard, laptop windows, and hearing the audio and in fact, it has a red X next to the arrow at the bottom left corner at the beginning of every video. I’m trying to watch the same **** that I’ve always watched, and for some reason lately, it has this red and will not let me get rid of it. I have tried everything resetting going into it as deep as I possibly can and probably farther than I should because I don’t know what I’m doing. It says that it’s paired my headphon

Headphone audio problems on windows 10

Recently i purchased a new headphone. First problem was that my Lenovo v310 laptop had only an output connector and my headphone had an input microphone jack connector too. I resolved this problem by purchasing an adapter.
Well, first of all the sound was bad. I could hear only the left and right sounds, but not the main sound. I read multiple threads about it. I've always had problems with the audio in this device, mainly that when i talked to someone on discord they heard themselves. I tried to solve that problem too, couldn't do it, but it wasn't so bad, but this time it is bad.
I tried:

• Troubleshooting
  
• Every strange tip given in different sites
  
• The headphones and adapter work on other devices (laptops too)
  
• Play with the balance in the audio settings (muting left and turning up right solved the main channel problem, but the sound lost it's stereo)
  
• Un- and reinstall Realtek driver (it worked perfectly for a week, but stopped working suddenly, I did it again, no success)
  
• Other headphones work perfectly

Glad to know that the Bluetooth issue is resolved.

Try the below methods to troubleshoot the issue on the headphones and check if this helps.

Before trying the below methods, I suggest you to try connecting the headphones to a different port or check the headphones on a different computer and check if you are able to hear the audio from the headphone.

Method 1:
Setting The Headphones As Default Playback Device.

1. Select on the Start button > Type Sound in the search box > Select
   Sound from the list of results.
2. Go to Playback tab > Select your headphones > Then click on
   Set Default.
3. Restart the computer once and check if this helps.

Method 2:
Updating The Audio Drivers.

Follow the steps mentioned in Update drivers in Windows 10
and update your Sound drivers and check if you are able to hear the audio from the headphones.

Restart the computer once after updating the sound drivers.

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.
