Windows 10: Does Dell Inspiron 1545 support windows 10?

Hi, Recently I was trying to update to Windows 10 on my Inspiron 1545 using the Media Creation Tool, and it won't work. Everytime I try using "Update this PC now" I always get one of these two error codes: 0x800704B8 - 0x3001A The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during BEGIN_FIRST_BOOT operation. Or, 0xC1900101 - 0x30004 The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT operation. When I try to create a bootable usb and install from it, it restarts at 30% as per usual, then completely shuts down and after turning on says "Windows Setup could not configure Windows for your computer's hardware." I also want to mention that it previously worked with windows 10, which kind of confuses me. And for the last one, the official Windows 10 requirements are a 1GHz or faster processor (I have 2.2GHz), 2 GB+ RAM for x64 OS (my laptop has 3 gb), 32 gb of freed up space (I have 180gb), a graphics card with DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 (I have DX11 and WDDM 1.1) and the display to be at least 800x600, and mine is 1366x768. DELL INSPIRON 1545 LAPTOP, WINDOWS 10 & BLUETOOTH

As per subject my dell Inspiron 1545 is compatible with windows 10 but Bluetooth can not be used with windows 10. suggest perfect workable solutions for the problem. I tried many ways but no use.

Dell Inspiron 1545 does not support drivers for OS above windows 7, so the solution above will not work.

FYI updating the BIOS to A14 did not solve the issue, the upgrade to Win 10 failed at the same point Updating 75%. So I will start again with zbook suggestions.
