Windows 10: Does disabling windows search disable email notifications?

Er, does it? It's not a big deal if it does or not, just curious.

Superfetch is associated with the search function in Windows 10

It has been my experience disabling Superfetch does not slow down the search function in Windows 10 and disabling it does free up resources, making my system faster . . .

Hi Bruce, Thanks for the reply. Your reply did show up in my email twice. You need to reread my request. I have already gone through the disable process a number of times. I still get the search suggestions every time I start to type a search request into
the search box. My search suggestion's are disabled. My request was to find someone with this same problem and if they had found a way to fix it. It seems windows 10 has caused a glitch that prevents the disablement from taking place due to the fact that I
had that function disabled prior to windows 10 invading my computer.
