Windows 10: Does feedback hub do windows error reporting?

Windows update has been broken on my computer since January 2021.

Does windows send any error reporting back to Microsoft to improve windows update.
Do I need to do any thing to setup error reporting?

• Have you tried updating the drivers?
• Do you get any error message when you try to log in to the Feedback Hub? If so, what is the error message?
• Did the issue start to happen after installing the Creators Update?
