    DOES MICROSOFT CALL PEOPLE AND SAY THEY WANT TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER MONEY


    EARLIER IN JAN. A PERSON CALLED AND SAID THEY NEEDED TO REFUND MONEY TO ME , SOMETHING ABOUT LICENCE =--IT GOT REALLY CONFUSING BECAUSE THEY WANTED MY CARD NUMBERS SO THEY COULD TRANSFER MONEY. WANTED ME TO GO ON LINE AND ALL KIND OF CRAZY STUFF--TOO MUCH TO TYPE ABOUT. THEY WERE GOING TO USE WESTERN UNION TO SEND MONEY FROM MY CARD TO A PLACE CALLED NEPAL. ALL THIS WENT ON FOR MANY DAYS-=WU DID NOT LET A TRANSACTION GO THROUGH. WU SENT E-MAILS TO ME. I PRINTED THEM OUT.


    THEY WOULD GET VERY AGGITATED WHEN I REFUSED TO DO WHAT THEY SAID. THE FIRST AMOUNT OF MONEY WAS $400, THEN $426, THEN $500, THEN $800. I TOLD THEM I WOULD REPORT THEM TO FRAUD.


    THEY CLAIMED TO BE WORKING FOR GEEK SQUAD.


    I FINALLY TOLD THEM TO JUST KEEP ANY MONEY AND LEAVE ME ALONE. A WOMAN CALLED YESTERDAY AND I WOULD NOT TALK TO HER--SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CALL BACK IN THE AFTERNOON AND I HAD BETTER ANSWER THE PHONE, THE USE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. I HAVE SOME OF THEM STILL IN MY CALLER ID.


    IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO IF THEY ARE PRETENDING TO BE WITH MICROSOFT?

    So just wondering when I'm gonna get my money back for canceling a subscription it's been pass the time they say it would take they still have not refund the money

    When am I going to get refund money back? I canceled an Xbox live gold subscription like 3 days ago and they told me I'll get my refund back, and I have been checking my bank and there is still no refund money. So when I'm I going to get it back? I deleted
    my debit card info, is that why I haven't gotten my refund? If not, then where is it?
