Windows 10: Does the blue screen refer to virus?

Hi

I have the blue screen that says system can't be handled and i really want to know is that refering to virus on the pc or what that means?

And also please how to solve it and I will do the steps with very accurate



:)

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
