Windows 10: Doing Windows Update KB4532693 I get error 0x80070005

Did the net stop wuauserv and net stop bits, emptied the Software Distribution\Downloads contents.


Even tried getting the update from Miicrosoft Update catalog, same issue, it undoes the update and restarts.
