Windows 10: Dolby Access App won't start

Hello,


I have problems with Dolby Access App. It was working months ago but now the app doesn't start anymore. It shows "installed" but after clicking on start nothing happens. I tried to remove and re-install it, but removing in Apps & Features show me the error 0x80073cfa. I tried to manually remove all packages on file system and registry entries: At least Microsoft Store shows me to reinstall it again, but at this process is shows another error. After reinstalling the micorsoft store it says again "Installed" but still doesn't work.


Is there any solution to solve this? Is it possible to force remove and install this app again?

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Still can't activate dolby atmos for headphones

2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using?
   
3. May I know, since when are you facing this issue?
   
4. Are you aware of any other changes made on the computer prior to this issue?
   
5. Have you tried installing the
   Dolby Access app from Microsoft Store and checked?
   
6. Did you perform any troubleshooting steps to troubleshoot this issue?
   

I’d suggest you to download the Dolby Access app from the Windows Store and check. The app will guide you to setup headphones.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Refer to the below link:

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
