Windows 10: Dolby Atmos (for headphones) - driver not selectable (or showing up) after purchase

Hi! I signed up for the trial dolby atmos with my headphones and liked it. But since purchasing the app, I cannot set this up any more. When running the Dolby Atmos App, it asks me to open headphone device properties and select Dolby Atmos as the spatial sound ouput. However, this driver/routine is not available any more (it was during the trial), and only Windows Sonic for headphones is selectable. Very frustrated what do, and no I did not change anything with my PC. Thanks for your help.

Dolby Atmos for Headphones not sticking

For 14 days I had the Dolby Atmos spatial sound app for my headphones enabled without issue. I decided that it was worth purchasing, so I did. Ever since purchasing, I have been unable to even select "Dolby Atmos for headphones" in the spatial sound area,
when right clicking the speaker on the lower right hand corner. When I select it, it defaults back to the previous selection, either "windows sonic for headphones" or "none."

I have contacted Dolby, but have gotten radio silence, I contacted MS support phone, but they said it was Dolby's issue. This is my last resort before requesting a refund.

microsoft dolby atmos bitstream out is totally free, but dolby atmos headphone virtualization is usd15 add on, which honestly sound MEH.. at best.. compare to razer own, or any dobly headphone or dts x app built in for most gaming headphone, good example are logitech g933 series with their dts x headphones, which takes pure multichannel sound source to convert to a stereo virtual matrix, its sound very very close to the real thing.
