Hi -When I upgraded the Surface Pro X with LTE to windows 11 the Keyboard, Trackpad and Stylus disappeared. I have downloaded troubleshooting, tried recovery, Gone to a service centre, posted countless requests for help and had no luck. I can not even roll back to 10. I have had the Surface Pro X with LTE for two years. The fit and finish are beautiful, The screen is amazing but it always felt like a half-finished project. I always felt safe as Microsoft was standing behind the Product and I am a believer in hypermobility and fit-for-purpose devices. The complete lack of support a

Is there a way to disable the track pad?

My computer has a track pad pad. I use mousekeys and a computer mouse, and I never use the track pad. Is gets bumped frequently, and I want to just turn it off.

Is there any way to completely disable the track pad?

 

Keyboard charachters don´t match

I would suggest you to install all your Windows Updates as this seems to be a driver issue. If the issue still persists, try updating your track pad drivers from Device Manager and check. Please follow the steps below and check:

• Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
  Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.
• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate track pad drivers and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.
