Windows 10: Download Age of mythology with an old CD product key

Dear sir, madam


Several years ago I bought Age of mythology on CD.
Now I have a new laptop, without a dvd-player. As a consequence I can't install the game.


Is there any way I can download the game online with my cd product key without paying again.

I already made an account on Steam, because my Google searches led me to the website. There I tried to activate my product key, but it was denied, probably because the key wasn't intended tot register on Steam. Maybe I can get another product key based on the one I bought years ago that I can use on Steam or there is another way to get game?


This is my product key: VGTX7-DJKDX-XH6HM-3FW4F-4JM8B.

Lost Product Key: Age of Mythology Gold

I lost the product key to my copy of Age of Mythology Gold. I will happily provide a picture of the CD to show I did not download this illegally.

Please help.

I understand that you are unable to use the code for Age of Mythology and Age of Mythology the Titans on your computer. Since you have purchased the CD and received CD key along with it, I suggest you to contact the place of purchase and check if they
can provide a digital copy of it.



Since you are getting error while redeeming the keys in Steam, I suggest you to contact
Steam support team and they will be able to help you appropriately.
