Windows 10: download jammed

I have no idea on how to fix it. But I am trying to figure out how to download Google chrome. It keeps saying denied. How do i fix this

Paper jam.

My Kodak ESP 2170 all in one printer keeps showing paper jam. I have cleared all paper out of it but when I push the ok button it clicks and gives a code of 3523 paper jam. Any suggestion on what to do?

 

Jigsaw Jam Daily Challenges

I'm sorry for taking so long to respond to you I'm still learning how to get into my email. I did not install Jig Saw Jam It was already on this computer when I bought it. It worked fine, the Daily challenges loaded every new month, the other challenges are working
and load every month just fine . It's just the Jig Saw Jam daily challenges that say ( Loading ) in each of the three windows, then it doesn't load it just gives me an error message. I checked my windows updates and it says I'm up to date.
