Windows 10: Download Windows 10 ISO from a thumbdrive

HP Stream laptop with corrupted drivers. Microsoft reps have been trying to help me download Windows ISO 10 from a thumbdrive but the they don't know what Function key to hit while powering on the laptop. Any help?

U can't use Rufus to download Windows 7 *Roll :roll: there was a Media Creator Tool out for it, but it's not anymore u need a legal key to be able to download Win7.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
