Windows 10: Downloading and anti virus

    One day I got a notification that said that windows anti virus defender had turned off. I hit restart now in setting, but an error message came up. Now, every time I try to download something online My pc tells me that it "contained a virus and was deleted." I need to know how to fix this because its really annoying and I need help.
