Windows 10: Downloading files

Discus and support Downloading files in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Any genius know how to sort this? Or is this a case of something else not in Win.10 that was in 7?     Downloading files


    Any genius know how to sort this? Or is this a case of something else not in Win.10 that was in 7?

    I am trying to download some video from data card to my computer. As usual, remove card from camera, plug into reader, and plug that into USB.....nothing....

    In Win.7 the machine realise it was a data card and asked where you wanted to put the data, and did you want to delete files on card after download. Win.10 sits there.....

    Anyone know what to do?

    Windows 10 Mail Client. Cannot see the email adress of the sender.

    Downloading files

    I had this issue as well. In my case I had to swap over the two internal usb headers on the motherboard for it to work.

    Open device manager by right clicking on the start icon and selecting it. Look for any devices with yellow triangles. Try uninstalling any that are usb devices and reboot.

    Nope, nothing with yellow triangles, just a list of USB devices, all appear OK
