  1. Downloading to incorrect folder

I recently had a need to retrieve a file that I downloaded sometime ago. The download folder did not have it. The most recent file was dated 9/14/2019. After some checking I found that the files are downloaded to a tempstate folder in the provisional app package folders. Those files are deleted the next day.

Does anyone know how to correct the download function to point to the correct folder?

    Windows 10 Pro

    Version 1909 Installed on 9/14/2019

    OS Build 1863.778

    12 GB Ram

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name

    Suggestion:
    1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
    2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
    3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
    4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.

    Downloading to incorrect folder

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
