Windows 10: DPC Latency Causing Microstutters

I've been to threads up threads of people with this Issue; I've NEVER found a solution for any of them. Let me explain.


My Wi-Fi Adapter (ASUS PCE-n15) is causing MAJOR stuttering Issues and causing my DPC Latency to spike to 66,000.


Things I've tried


-Manually Updating Driver

-Windows Updating Driver

-Uninstall Driver and have Startup install it

-Fresh windows Install

-Using Ethernet Cable (Stutter was gone) Therefore; confirming the issue.


I've already purchased a new card because this one is getting quite old, but i'd like to start a support ticket up just incase it continues with my new card as well.

V1903 Causing DPC Latency Hits

DPC latency checker is invalid for Win 8 (and Win 10). It gives false hits.
From their site:
Windows 8 Compatibility: The DPC latency utility runs on Windows 8 but does not show correct values. The output suggests that the Windows 8 kernel performs badly and introduces a constant latency of one millisecond, which is not the case in practice. DPCs in the Windows 8 kernel behave identical to Windows 7. The utility produces incorrect results because the implementation of kernel timers has changed in Windows 8, which causes a side effect with the measuring algorithm used by the utility. Thesycon is working on a new version of the DPC latency utility and will make it available on this site as soon as it is finished.

Seems that KB 4505903 includes one or more fixes to help address DPC latency issues, even though that information is NOT included in the What's Fixed list for that CU.
