Windows 10: DPC_Watchdog_Violation caused by ACPI.sys

I am using a Lenovo Legion T5 Tower and when I play audio using the onboard Realtek audio, my computer crashes after a few minutes of playing audio. When I open the dump file using WinDbg Preview, it tells me the module name is acpi.sys and symbol name is acpi+30bab. Once my computers reboots from the bsod, Realtek audio is missing from my computers sound selection and I have to disable it and re-enable it is the uefi. Other times my computer crashes after signing in, all with a DPC_Watchdog_Violation and having acpi.sys as the module name. If know what the problem is and how to fix it, please

The DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION blue screen error can be caused by a variety of hardware, firmware, driver, or software issues. Now, you mentioned that you already changed the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers to standard. Did you update the driver as well? And also,
are you getting the same blue screen error when you play other games? Or is it only occurring when you play a particular game?
