  1. DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION caused by hal.dll + ntoskrnl.exe

I got this brand new gaming computer. Acer Nitro 5 right after summer. It worked for a good while but now it's getting BSODs with the error code DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. recently I got Bluescreen Viewer, and it told me the two files hal.dll + ntoskrnl.exe may be causing the issues, but I'm not sure. the computer runs an i5 processor, 8 gigs of ram, I'm not much of a computer guy so I can't really say what other parts this computer has, let alone name each one off individually. I don't know what is wrong exactly, but I would like to find out and fix this. This is what I got from the collection software that I was told to use to get the BSOD info:

If I find a damaged block in one of the hardrives/SSDs, what do i do? I found four in the KINGSTON RBUSNS8154P3128GJ1 hardrive.

It won't even give me a health scan.

It seems to be the Kingston SSD that is having so many problems. it now has five damaged blocks.
