Windows 10: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION on shutdown

Since a few days, it happens that when I go to shut down the computer it stays on "System Shutdown" and then the BSOD screen appears out with the error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONI tried running a few fixes: - Reinstalling GPU drivers - SSD drivers are updated - Used sfc /scannow - Used chkdsk /f /r But nothing, so would anyone help me figure out the cause?Below I attach a link to the minidump filehttps://www.dropbox.com/s/vbne4r42zeih09x/minidump.rar?dl=0

Blue screen: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

After a recent updating, my machine has blue screen every 5 - 10 minutes.

The error code is DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

I saw another post here which suggest to use "iastor.sys". But I don't have that in the driver list. Mine is storahci.sys.
