Windows 10: Driver error

Good evening sir/madam,

I have just bought a whole new computer which is:
Intel core i7 9700

GPU AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
RAM 8Gb x2

everything is brand new and running on Window 10 Pro 64 bit

I have a problem when running games eg: Subnautica, ARK, The Hunter COTW, etc. after running game for a while normally around 30 mins, especially Subnautica within 5 mins, my computer crashes with a solid green screen and a very noisy sound from the speaker. I have to force shutdown the computer and turn it back on.
this thing has never been happened with my old pc before which also use the same window 10.

I have eliminated all possible reasons such as: CPU overheat, GPU overheat, Power supply is not strong enough, etc.
the last thing I can find is that it looks like the driver of my devices don't work well with window 10 for some reasons, I tried to update everything to the newest driver, updated window. but it's still happening.
please give me advice about this as im pretty sure it's the driver errors.

Bluetooth driver error 10 when converted to Windows 10

Hi,

Apologies for the late reply.

Error code 10 is a driver error, as you have already tried to install the drivers I would suggest you to un-install and re-install drivers and check.



Try the following steps:


Follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Right on the start icon and click on device manager
  
• 
  Select Bluetooth adapter, right click on it and click on un-install.
  
• 
  Restart the computer,
  
• 
  Now, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
