    DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL~Crashes on Startup


    I inherited a laptop from my grandfather that crashes upon startup. I've seen many tutorials on how to fix this but none go over how to fix it if the blue screen appears when starting up. I cannot log in or anything. I see the Windows startup logo and then it crashes into the blue screen.

    It says: Stop Code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

    What failed: iaStorA.sys

    I would like to just do a complete restore if possible.

    Driver Irql Not Equal Or Less

    Hi, for a while now randomly i receive BSOD that say either Irql not equal or less or Driver irql not equal or less. Every now and then when I receive the BSOD it says What failed: Bridge.sys. This has been going on for months now and no windows update
    has fixed it.

    Update the drivers for this device

    To do this, follow these steps:

    1. In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.

    2. Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.

    Hi,

    The error code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL occurs when your default drivers are already corrupted. Can you verify, does the issue happen after an update/ upgrade or just randomly?
