Windows 10: Driver is up to date but having an yellow mark

Hi,


I am facing an issue in Bluetooth and MTPMedia Transfer Protocol USB device drivers.

When I am trying to update the drivers from online through device manager, It shows "windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date". But, the yellow exclamatory symbol is over the device name.

When I try to update the driver manually using pick from list option, it shows "windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error when attempting to install it " with error code 39.

I tried the latest drivers from the official website, but no use.

Due to this, the bluetooth and the media devices connecting through USB cables are not working.


Should I do anything with registry editor?

Try the steps listed here:

Method 1:

I suggest you to run the network troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Press Start Button and in the Windows Search type
  Troubleshooting.
• Open Troubleshooting and select Network and Internet.
• Run Network Adapter troubleshooter.

Check if it helps to fix the issue.

Method 2:

I see that you have uninstalled and reinstalled latest wireless network drivers. However if you have not tried installing latest Wireless Network driver from the computer manufacturer website, I suggest you to try the same and
check if it helps. Also install all the available Windows Update.

the driver get a yellow mark after restarting computer

hello guys,
i have HP Workstation Z210, recently i have a problem with a driver had yellow mark on it, i updated the driver then the yellow mark disappeared and everything worked fine, but after restarting the computer the yellow mark comes back, and the wireless mouse stop working! when i try to update the driver again, it shows me that i already have the latest driver and the yellow triangle still there, so i tried to disable and enable the driver again, the result is the yellow mark disappeared and the wireless mouse back to work! and when i restart the computer the problem comes back again! please help me to solve that and thank you so much in advance.

 

Yellow exclamation mark on wifi

Sir there is no yellow exclamation mark on wifi in device manager. There is yellow exclamation mark on wifi icon on the taskbar.
