  1. Driver Issues

I have ASUS- Zenbook UX430UA. There was a standalone installer for drivers when I purchased it. I lost it when I reinstalled windows. I need that back, ASUS support are not providing anything. Drivers on the Official websites are not fully compatible and some of them fail to install .

    What should I do?

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.
