Windows 10: driver power failure bsod

Alright, I am at my wits end. This problem has never been an issue until I decided to do a fresh install of windows 11. Then, a bluescreen started about every 20 minutes or so during use. I decided to do a fresh install with windows 10 after trying everything on 11. The problem followed me to 10. I have done a sfc /scannow to repair things, installed the latest drivers from manufacturer as well as individual componenets for wifi, chipset, intel stuff, dell drivers, graphics, etc. In addition I have uninstalled graphics drivers and reinstalled them from scratch, rolled back to previous version

Windows 10 BSOD driver power state failure

Hi,

I did a clean boot with all the non-Microsoft services disabled and the DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE BSOD still happens.

Today's DMP files are here: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

I ran them through osronline which suggested sbp2port.sys.

Any more suggestions?
