I have a laptop (Clevo PA71HP6) with an Intel core i7-7700HQ and a Nvidia GTX 1060 running Windows 10 Pro, that I use for games as well as 3d modeling.

For the most part it's been solid, but in the past few days, I've had multiple BSODs, all with the "Driver power state failure" message attached to them. It appears to occur only when I'm running Fusion 360, but I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps I can think of and am still having problems: I've reinstalled fusion, reinstalled my Nvidia graphics card drivers from a clean slate (Using DDU in safe mode), I've removed Intel XTU which I was using for a mild undervolt, I've set fusion to run in discrete-GPU-only mode as recommended on the Fusion support site, I've tried running it as admin, and other things I can't think of right now.

I can stress test, benchmark and run games to my heart's content with no issues or crashes, but Fusion seems to break something.

I get no error messages from around the time of the crash in the event logs.

When I have resource monitor open during the lockup/hang preceding the crash, I can see the CPU frequency graph bouncing up and down from its usual 124% down to 0 and back up repeatedly prior to the final blue screen. I also notice that the system interrupts process takes up 100% of core 0 during the same time.

Here's the a plaintext copy-paste of the minidump analysis.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
