Windows 10: Driver Power State Failure BSoD on Restart

Hello,


Almost every time I restart my computer nowadays, I get the dreaded DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE blue screen. Because of this, most of the time I just hit the reset button on my PC in order to restart it faster. I cannot boot into safe mode because I get this blue screen when I attempt to go through the procedure. I've noticed that Device Manager does not work during the times I do get the blue screen, as well as Plug and Play features. I am using a self-built PC. Why is this happening?

BSOD Driver Power State Failure

I encounter a BSOD Driver Power State Failure frequently since installed windows 10 1511 (does not have this problem in windows 10 10240)

When i try to restart computer in safe mode, and open up device manager, i found a yellow "!" mark beside the generic PnP monitor from the driver list...

i try to uninstall that and restart computer back to normal mode, then update the driver, but it say the best driver for the Generic PnP monitor is already installed.

well, what i do above does not fix the problem and the same BSOD happened over and over again..., especially after a little gaming.
