    Hi ! last night my windows told me i add to do an update. So i chose update and restart. Then whe my computer restarted.. i ran into this screen.

    Then everytime i open my laptop after 4-5 minutes it completely shot down and goes to this screen. (it happenned to me 7-8 times since last night). every time i lose all what i am working on !! I am making music with this laptop.

    The laptop is brand new of february and has no virus ! wtf..

    I tried to go online to help with my problem but the informatic langage is so hard to understand for me.. i am lost.. why brand new windows laptop does this... i havent had any kind of problem like that in 5 years with my macbook...

    It is possible that the error Driver Power State Failure you received is can be caused by
    the driver itself or power settings.
    To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps shared by S M Mahmudul Hasan
    on this thread on how to troubleshoot Driver Power State
    Failure.

  3. Driver Power State Failure

    Currently getting a driver power state failure on two identical machines. I've replaced memory & hard drive, reinstalled windows still getting the BSOD every few minutes. As suggested in other posts on this issue tried setting the power management to performance
    settings, and made sure none of the major devices are being powered off to save power. Updated all drivers in safe mode. BIOS is up to date. Clean install of Windows 10 so corruption shouldn't be an issue.
