Windows 10: Driver Power State Failure - Windows 10 Update KB4497165

Since the last update, release in Australia 28 May 2020 I have not been able to shutdown my machine. It cycles through the shutdown screen for about 5 minutes, then produces an error screen with the following error: "Driver Power State Failure". It then restarts. This has only started to happen since the update.


I have tried all the previous mentioned fixes, updating drivers, changing the fast shutdown, etc. Northing fixing the issue.
