Windows 10: Driver Power State Failure

My screen flickers a lot when changing windows or just scrolling and then I keep getting a white or black screen while screen sharing using an online app or sometimes just using facebook.
(I have gotten a yellow or green screen as well)

There's no error message when that happens, just the screen goes completely white, green, black or yellow and I can't do anything on my computer. (when using zoom; video conference) I am able to hear the other participants, however, I can't even pull up the task manager. After a few minutes, I get a blue pop up screen with the following message





BTW, I have uninstalled the display adapter (but still appears after restarting), I have reset the PC through Windows recovery... I've checked for the latest display adapter updates from the manufacture's page but unable to install it because not compatible or so.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? should I buy a new PC?
