Windows 10: Driver verfier DMA violation blue screen

My taskbar didn't appear and I tried using a code in CMD, I restarted the PC and now the blue screen always appears and it's in a restart loop and the blue screen appears, and driver verifier dma violation appears.

I have the dreaded blue screen. It is telling me that the computer is trying to collect data. Still at 0%. Stop code states DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION. Any suggestions?
