Windows 10: Driver_Power_State_Failure 0x0000009F BSOD (while I was away)

Hello, Ten Forums! I would love your help in narrowing down what driver did me in this morning. *Sad

I left the PC on last night and woke up to a "Driver Power State Failure" BSOD on my second machine (in system specs).
Code: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff80098b9f3060, 0xffffea80f7877c20, 0xffff8009938ce780). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. • my first BSOD in almost two years and the first on this system
• the CPU & PSU fans were at full speed at the blue screen
• the system never restarted on its own after the blue screen: I left for ~4 hours and it was still stuck at the screen
• I religiously remove my USB microphone each night, but forgot the night before the BSOD
• No overclocking; multi-core enhancement disabled. RAM is set to XMP settings.
• I recently started Macrium Reflect images to a NAS daily at 5am (~5 days ago)
• New software: the only new software in the past three months were Microsoft Edge Chromium and Xpotify (Microsoft Store Spotify app)
• New hardware: none
• New drivers: I did update the Intel iGPU drivers and NVIDIA GPU drivers about 1.5 weeks ago after some multi-monitor glitches (one monitor driven by iGPU, one monitor driven by the GT 710).

I'm most curious which driver failed here. There are a lot of culprits, I imagine, and being able to find the driver would be most helpful. *Sad

Currently getting the below BSOD. Looking for assistance in pinpointing the problem. I have been told that the hard drive functions in other computers but have been unable to verify if this is true or not.

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, 0x0000009f afer wakeup


hi,
recently ive been getting [table][tr][td]DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE[/td] [td]0x0000009f[/td] [/tr] [/table]

after wakeup from sleep. Two new things have happened before it started, but dont know if its connected.

updated to insider 17744.1003 and updated intel driver to 24.20.100.6286.

Any clues whats going on?

 

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe bsod 0x0000009f when hibernating or sleeping

So every now and then when I put my system to sleep or hibernate, my system stays on with a black screen and will not shut down unless I power off or reset button. Then it boots up as a crash and it shows I had a bsod in the logs.
