    Hello!

I'm having a problem with my computer.

I noticed that sometimes the games installed on my pc couldn't start I've the error "application is not responding". So I thought to restart when this occurs, but here I've the problem. The computer remain stuck on "Reboot" or "Shutdown" if I shutdown. I saw that after some minutes I have a blue screen with this error: "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE".

This is what I have from WinDbg.

I'm not good with WinDbg... and I think there is some problem with my graphic card an RX470 and some driver related.

Can you help me to fix this error? Thank you!

You can find my dump here. Thank you :!!

    :)

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
