Windows 10: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE with stutters

Hi, I am having issues with my screen stuttering and getting DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE on cold boot.I was hoping this problem goes away after I did a reset of my computer, which had its own issues:reset getting stuck on 47%reset taking ~5 hoursasking me to make space on my C drive SSD has ~25GBs free already"this computer restarted unexpectedly windows installation cannot proceed" solved using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0jt1VtN5DACurrent Windows issues:Screen/mouse/audio are all stutteringRestart takes ~10 mins and shows me a BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILUREOther Current Issues:On comp

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.

 

Computer stuttering and blue screening (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) on restart

Hello,

I've been having issues with my computer 'stuttering' - the cursor moves with a stutter and the computer slows down overall. If I restart the computer while it's in this state, it eventually blue screens during the restart process and when I do finally get
the computer restarted, the problem is (usually) fixed until the next time I turn the computer off and on again. As of today, restarting no longer seems to fix the issue.

The blue screen message is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

I've looked at MEMORY.DMP in WinDbg to see if there was anything obvious, but I don't have enough experience to actually make much sense of things. I do see the following summary info:
