Windows 10: Drivers Error 31

Hello there!I was recently checking my Task Manager yet one of my drivers won't show up. After further investigation, In Device Manager it says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31" and"The I/O device is configured incorrectly or the configuration parameters to the driver are incorrect."I attempted to update my driver it didn't have any new updates, I restarted and shut down my PC to no avail. I also disabled my driver and enabled and still nothing changed.The following are the specs for my prebuilt PC:CPU- AMD 5 560

Bluetooth driver error 10 when converted to Windows 10

Hi,

Apologies for the late reply.

Error code 10 is a driver error, as you have already tried to install the drivers I would suggest you to un-install and re-install drivers and check.



Try the following steps:


Follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Right on the start icon and click on device manager
  
• 
  Select Bluetooth adapter, right click on it and click on un-install.
  
• 
  Restart the computer,
  
• 
  Now, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.
