Win 10 Anniversary - Touch screen scrolls and i can see touch dot but PC doesnt register the click (worked before anniversary update)

Hi,

I have the same problem on two HP ProOne 400 G1 AIO Touch after upgrading to Windows 10 1607 (Aniversery).

As described already above the pc is able to see each touch point and even shows multi-touch points but it doesn't let click or change anything on screen.

HP Service exchanged the Panel on of the All in One PCsbut it still does not work.

I reinstalled the HID touch driver and I also did a clean reinstall of Windows 10 also and the touch is still not does register click events.

So it seems to a driver problem (HID-compliant touch screen driver) or Windows problem.

Also the latest Update Build 14393.187 did not fix the problem.

Any idea how to fix this problem?
