Windows 10: Drivers issues, trying Windows 18343 or 18890 iso files.

I've had long endured the frustration for the corrupt updates for windows 10 as listed on this post.Windows 10 Help Forums nvidia geforce experience doesn't work neither gets uninstalled. It is really annoying as I'm not able to use my nvidia graphics card for some software.Moreover windows10.0-kb4495667 also does not get installed, when my laptop restarts, it says that it was unable to install this update. I also downloaded the following file from windows official website. windows10.0-kb4495667-x64_a0713c961b994da102ee4a300d2f571ec567af20.msuBut still it doesn't get installed. I recently downloaded the iso file from the microsoft's official website titled Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_18343.isoNow I came to know that Build 18890 is also available but it's official iso file isn't available on the microsoft website. This build is also available on the fast ring which is considered to be faster than the builds available on the slow rings. Which build should I install ? And can anyone help me with the Build 18890 iso file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?
