Windows 10: Drivers not migrated error 39

My generic usb devices have stop working.Anything without its own set of drivers have stopped workingMy web cama basic keyboard will work in a PS2 slot, but not USBMy new keyboard that lights up does not work at allMy small basic music keyboardWhat does work is my mouse and my Focusrite sound interface this has its own driversI know its not a motherboard problem, as I changed motherboardsI done all the standard thingsBut not sure how the get this generic usb driver to workany suggestions

• Do you get same error codes in the Device manager too?
• Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

HID Compliant Mouse Bad File and problem with I/O ERROR 39

I would like to inform that there are several causes of Code 39 errors:

• A required device driver is missing.
• A required binary file is corrupted.
• There is a problem with the file I/O process.
• A driver that is referencing an entry point in another binary file is unable to load.

I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the driver on Device Manager as mentioned in the below support article and check if it helps:

Also, try to search for the drivers from Manufacturer's website and install them in the compatibility mode.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.
