.... and now wish to cancel and cease all subscription to the company Drive Support One and deny their access to my computer without contacting me first with their reason, and gain explicit permission from myself being at least 24hrs in advance of attempting access, and afterwards a detailed report in layman terms, with technical subscript, being forwarded to my email address within 48hrs of request.


REASONING

- Had you gone to the effort of making a "Report Page" available to people in your website if it exists, its not readily found and offered help there where more notice could be taken on YOUR SITE about YOUR PRODUCT.

- Had you a "Topics" list much like the Microsoft Community also included a method to unsubscribe, the nature of your business and amazing claims might have been more believable and not so malefic perhaps.


I can only hope more of your customers go to websites NOT suggested by you and look for answers there as well. There are many more points to consider, not just these two, and "... if its too good to believe, it probably isnt".
