Windows 10: DSTokenDB2.dat has wrong?

After updated to win 10 and reloaded, my pc is crashing these days and i received this message from the Event Viewer.

I really need help due sometimes i have to do important things and i always received crashes.

Everything I do triggers 100% usage on drive C and my system crawls to a halt.

Facing the same problem since I upgraded as well: disk usage at 100% and system lagging.

Svchost.exe seems to be writing on the disk constantly into the file DSTokenDB2.dat. Full path: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\DataSharing\Storage\DSTokenDB2.dat

 

Everything I do triggers 100% usage on drive C and my system crawls to a halt.

I have tracked it down to an activity listed as :system: that is running these services:



And when I look at Disk activity for system it is not stop writing to a file called: c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\appdata\local\datasharing\storage\DSTokenDB2.dat

 

Saving a .dat file to Sd


Windows 10. Surface Book. I've downloaded a .dat file to update a camera's firmware. I copy the file to SD. When I take the SD out the file disappears. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
