Windows 10: Dual boot laptop. Entering to the grub rescue. Error file '/grub/x86_64-efi/normal.mod' not...

I have a question very similar to: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/dual-boot-laptop-entering-to-the-grub-rescue-error/301e095c-1faa-4358-84bd-a0999b2fad0c (see subject line above). It was dealt with by Greg Carmack - Windows MVP.

Details to add: I use Dell Inspiron 15-7000(7559) laptop with M2 SSD and HybridHDD, Windows 10 dual booted with Manjaro 18.01.

Problem: cannot get to BIOS (using F12 after powering up) or Advanced Startup option at all. I have tried interrupting the boot process before grub rescue> appears by powering down a few times but this still hasn't bring windows recovery up. Whatever I do I always end up in grub rescue> prompt.

Question: How to get to BIOS to boot live media from USB or to Advanced Startup option? Would removing SSD help in any way, original laptop came with HDD only with windows 10 preinstalled there and I know it has a recovery partition.

My one is an uefi bios mode Dell laptop. I dual booted my laptop with kali linux and windows 10. The both operating systems runs smoothly. I can chose any operating from the grub. After going to windows,
it says important updates install them. So I restart my laptop to update. It says in the bottom your pc may restart several times. After 75 % when it restarts it says error : file '/grub/x86_64-efi/ normal.mod ' not found.

After that it says entering rescue mode. Finally it shows grub rescue. I don't

Have a windows 10 installation cd. Please help.

i had dual os in my pc (linux + win 10) i did system restore on windows 10 after the auto restart . it got stuck in grub rescue mode. what do i do now ?.

(even after trying commands set root=(hd0,msdos8)

set prefix=(hdo,msdos8)/boot/grub

insmod normal( after this it says;error : no such partition))

Hi Rovid. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

The problem is that you let GRUB boot Windows. When installing Linux ensure that you use the advanced options and load grub to the Actual Linux Partition, rather than the System partition, and use EasyBCD to add the grub loader to the Windows Bootloader.

To repair Windows restore the Windows BCD following this guide:
